Terms
These terms cover this website and the Paidline invoice follow-up service. Paidline is a trading name of Tisloh Makwa. A postal address is available on request by emailing tisloh@paidline.co.uk. Clients also sign a service agreement and data processing terms, which take priority over these terms where they differ.
The service
- We follow up overdue commercial invoices that you list and authorise, by email and phone, using wording and a schedule you approve, and send you a weekly update.
- The monthly package covers up to 10 customer accounts, 30 invoices, 40 emails and 20 call attempts. Extra work is quoted and approved first.
- Your customers pay you directly. We never receive payments or change bank details.
- AI tools help prepare drafts and reports. A named person approves every message and makes every call.
What we don't do
Legal proceedings, enforcement, consumer debts, negotiating settlements without written authority, bookkeeping, or anything outside the agreed package. We do not guarantee that any invoice will be paid, and payments received during the service are not claimed as recovered by us.
Your responsibilities
You confirm that the invoices are genuinely owed by businesses, the balances are accurate, and you are entitled to authorise us to contact your customers. You tell us promptly about payments, credit notes and disputes, and name a person who approves messages.
Fees and cancellation
£299 a month, paid in advance, on a rolling monthly basis. Either side can end the service with effect from the end of the current paid month. Prices exclude VAT where VAT applies.
Liability
We take care to work accurately and within your instructions. Our total liability in any 12 months is limited to the fees you paid in that period. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Questions: tisloh@paidline.co.uk.
